Schnitzel

A true old world delight of lean pork, hand pounded to perfect tender consistency, breaded and pan- seared to perfection. Fantastic!

Our breaded, pan-seared schnitzel smothered with our mushroom pan gravy.

Schnitzel Cordon Blue

Our breaded, pan-seared schnitzel layered with Swiss cheese and Black Forest Ham.

Kohl Roulade (Stuffed Cabbage Rolls)

Cabbage leaves stuffed with seasoned ground sirloin, pork, and rice, topped with marinara.

Sauerbraten

A method of preparing roast beef that dates back centuries. Choice beef marinated in a special brine and slow cooked to keep tender and retain the flavor.

Served with our own sweet and tangy brown gravy.

Bratwurst Platter

A sausage-lover’s favorite. Two thick, pork sausages famous for their mild but tasty seasoning. The perfect compliment for a robust German beer.

German Sausage Platter

Another beer-lover’s favorite. This platter features two moderately spiced German sausages carefully smoked for 24 hours. Delicious!

Combination Platter

The best of both worlds. Enjoy one each of our German sausage and bratwurst.

Beef Rouladen

One of the true specialties of the house. We cut choice Angus beef into   thin slices, lay in a healthy portion of bacon, onion, carrot, pickles and spices then “roul” the beef up and slow cook it to a mouth watering perfection topped with Baren Haus gravy.

German Sandwiches

Rueben Sandwich

Our Haus Specialty. Seasoned corned beef on top of our Haus made rye bread, Baren Haus sauerkraut, thousand island dressing and melted Swiss cheese. Served with fries.     

Schnitzel Sandwich

Our Haus made Schnitzel on a French roll with sauerkraut grilled onions and Swiss cheese. Served with seasoned German fried potatoes.

Sausage Sandwich

       Your choice of a Bratwurst or German sausage served open on a French roll and topped with sauerkraut. Served with Seasoned German fried potatoes.

                            

Burgers and Sandwiches from the Charbroiler

All items served with mayo, and lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle on the side. Served with fries. (Gluten-free bun available upon request on chicken sandwich and burgers)

Grilled Chicken Sandwich*

Veggie Burger

A healthy alternative featuring ingredients of a plant-based burger served on a brioche bun with mayo.
